1. This product is an Replica figurine (please select based on actual situation). The size, material, and accessories are subject to the physical product and main images. Due to factors such as shooting light and monitor color difference, there may be slight discrepancies between the physical product and the images, which are not considered quality issues.

2. Most figurines are made of PVC and ABS resin, and some come with small accessories (such as weapons and hair ornaments). All are manually assembled and pasted, so slight color overflow, mold lines, and interface gaps may exist as normal craftsmanship flaws, not quality problems. Please purchase with caution if you pursue extreme perfection.

II. Cross-Border Shipping & Signing Notes

1. Cross-border shipping takes a relatively long time (usually 7-30 working days, and may be delayed due to customs clearance and holidays). Please wait patiently. Refund/rejection applications due to long shipping cycles will not be accepted.

2. Please inspect the product on the spot upon receipt (must record a complete video when signing in person or entrusting others to sign on your behalf) to confirm whether the figurine body is damaged or accessories are missing. If the body is damaged or accessories are missing, please contact customer service within 24 hours of signing, providing [complete video, express waybill photo, and damage detail photos]. We will assist in verifying and handling the issue; failure to provide evidence within the time limit or without inspection video will result in inability to determine liability, and no replacement or refund will be provided.

3. Slight extrusion, edge wear, or deformation of the packaging box during transportation only affects the appearance of the collection box and does not impact the use of the figurine body. No return or exchange will be accepted for such cases. Please do not place an order if you are concerned about the box condition.

III. After-Sales & Usage Instructions

1. No reason for return or exchange is supported for non-quality issues (such as personal dislike, size mismatch, box flaws, and normal craftsmanship flaws). Tariffs and shipping costs incurred for cross-border returns/exchanges shall be borne by the buyer.

2. Figurines are fragile items. Avoid direct sunlight (to prevent material aging and fading) and high-temperature humid environments when displaying them daily. Prevent falling and extrusion, and keep small accessories properly; lost accessories will not be reissued.

3. If the figurine has serious quality problems (such as body breakage, missing parts, or obvious flaws affecting appearance and use), please provide complete evidence within 24 hours of signing. After verification, we can assist in reissuing accessories (if in stock); if reissuance is not possible, we will negotiate a solution. Direct refunds are not supported (the cost of returning cross-border goods is too high).

IV. Other Declarations

1. This product is an Collection model, not a children’s toy. It is not suitable for children under 12 years old to play with to avoid accidental ingestion of small accessories.

2. Cross-border goods are subject to customs clearance, which may incur tariffs. The tariff amount is determined by the local customs and shall be borne by the buyer. Please understand the local customs policies before placing an order.
