四、关于安装与蹭色处理：

手办出厂经冷却，安装时可能遇接口偏差。可通过以下方式解决：

用开水浸泡2-5分钟，或用吹风机加热，待材质变软后调整（可动手办关节安装、取断关节也适用）；

若接缝不牢、脱胶或配件掉落，可用502胶水粘贴 。

若手办有染色、蹭色，推荐用棉签蘸风油精轻轻擦拭；没有风油精的话，卸妆类产品也可替代。

 

五、关于售后：

退换货需先联系客服沟通 ，具体规则如下：

商品有严重质量问题需退换，要在物流签收后3天内反馈（以签收日期为准）

非质量问题退换，需保证商品不影响二次销售，且在签收7天内退回，逾期不再受理

退回产品需包装完整（有吸塑的要把吸塑一起寄回）、配件齐全，若包装或配件缺失，仅支持换货，不予退货。
