购前须知

 

1、所有手办默认为袋装，只有在规格名称上明确标明是彩盒款或者盒装的才有盒子（产品链接大标题的盲盒字样仅为部分规格的宣传，具体以下单的规格描述为准），对于有彩盒或者盲盒的款式，由于盒子装好之后体积会很大，运费是正常运费的3-5倍，而且容易挤压变形损坏，所以盒子默认是不装好发出的（平铺放在货物底部，拿到手之后自行包装），如需包装需要联系客服加收人工费0.1元/个的包装费和修改实际的发货运费，且不承担运输过程中造成的盲盒变形损坏等售后责任

 

2、所有手办都没有7天无理由退换货，一经发出不退不换（遇特殊情况，批发订单需联系客服协商，1件代发订单需扣除实际的发货运费并且自行承担退回运费）

 

3、有细微划痕、瑕疵，胶水印记等属于正常现象，不是质量问题，不支持退换，介意慎拍，质量问题仅限于：断裂，大尺度划痕，脱胶。

 

4、质量问题需要在签收后的72小时内反馈给客服处理，超出反馈时效不处理售后问题（特殊情况可与客服协商）

 

5、退货协商：在协商一致的基础上，需按照货款的8折旧才能处理退货退款，并且自行承担来回运费
