Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a 7-day return window, meaning you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product is defective or damaged
  • The wrong item was received

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused and unworn, and remain in the same condition as when received
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, which must be unopened and untorn
  • All original tags must remain attached
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be provided

Due to the nature of our products, any item with opened or torn packaging is not eligible for return, even if the product itself has not been used.

If the packaging has been opened or damaged, we are unable to process a return. As a goodwill gesture, we will instead provide a 30% discount code for a future purchase.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is not free.

If your return request is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective or incorrect.

Items returned without prior authorization or without submitting a return request will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please examine your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide clear photographic evidence. This will allow us to assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products with opened or torn packaging
  • Personal care or beauty products
  • Items purchased on sale
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous or flammable materials

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to receive a different item, the fastest solution is to submit a return request for the eligible product (if approved) and place a new order separately.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to destinations within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

To qualify for a return under this policy, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn
  • Be in their original, unopened, and untorn packaging
  • Have all tags attached
  • Include proof of purchase

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3-7 business days base on your bank
  • Actual processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
